In this daily blog (and video)-series I take a first impressions look at the best mobile games that I come by. Be sure to share your favorite mobile game with the rest of us in the comments below! An indie strategy puzzler with beautiful aesthetics that can play in both landscape and portrait mode. The goal is to move your red blobs around in a turn-based fashion until you defeat all the blue blobs and control the entire map. Easy, right? Most of the 100+ levels are easy to complete, while at the same time extremely challenging if you want to collect all stars, which speaks of great level design! My one criticism of the game is that while they rarely show up, I'd love to see the non-incentivized ads removed completely. However, in terms of monetization, you CAN simply unlock the full game for $5, which will disable the energy system, the ads at the top of the menu screen, and the occasional skippable video-ad.
