Future Tank Championship Arcade

So I've just got an Idea for the Future Tank Championship game involving Single-Seater Spider and Hover Tanks. I was thinking, about perhaps making an Arcade Version with Twin Joysticks with FPS Controls, and as a Hero Shooter FPS involving Single Seater Spider Tanks and Hover Tanks. So here we go. Basically, the same basic premise and features, including unlimited reloading ammo and different classes. But 25 Different Characters Each with their own Racing Inspired Liveries and Suits(Which are F1 or Modern Nascar Inspired Racing Suits). And the selection screen will be the same as Nascar Arcade's Selection Screen. While Fill It Up by Crush 40 plays in the background. Basically, I want a Diegetic Interface in the cockpit. And each tank has 500 hitpoints. Each time you destroy a tank you get extended time, that starts at 90 seconds. And also, the game's attention to detail will be better than Daytona USA 3's, while other aspects of the game I liked, I hated it's attention to detail. Basically, I want individual drivers in the cockpits in the tanks, inside the canopy. And they are individually animated and each and every one of them is animated. A 25-Man Battle Royale. Across three stages, where points are decided by where they got eliminated. Such as if you were eliminated in 1st place, you get 100 points. It's similar to F-Zero X's Points System. And of course, it's cockpit view only. And a Reload Button on the Joysticks. Plus, the right Joysticks vertical axis is inverted for easier play. The problem is with Daytona USA 3's Attention to Detail is no cockpit view, no animated drivers. And my friend called it "An Abomination by Faceless Employees" while I don't agree on it being a Total Abomination. I do think that the employees are no Yu Suzuki or Toshihiro Nagoshi. So what I think is that Sega needs a developer with a face. Anyways, there are three levels in the game, all inside stadiums, one is a field with brick obstacles, another is a replica town, and finally a replica city. Plus a bonus level which is in a Stadium that replaced Forest Island from Daytona USA 2. So Attention to Detail=Cockpit View, Animated Drivers, Crew Chief, Flaming Tank When Destroyed, Realistic Crowds, Diegetic Interface. So if Sega Entertainment UK have a developer with a face to match, perhaps I could try to restructure the company a bit and design this game. And also, I want the entire Nascar Arcade Soundtrack in it by Crush 40. I think it could work. I mean Nex Machina by Housemarque is an Indie Game and that got an Arcade Release by Raw Thrills, so anything is possible. So anyways, onto Classes, I think we should have 25-clip Rocket Launchers, 400-clip Plasma Machine Guns, 500-Clip Bullet Miniguns, 300-Clip Energy Machine Guns and a 40-clip Shotgun Class, all with unlimited reloading ammo and different damage modifiers, and certain characters will be in those Classes. I just need the game adjusted for fair play. And also, I want something very awesome in this game in the Arcade, 12-player Multiplayer, with a Free For All Mode and a Team Mode, 6v6. Finally, I want this game to be the game that redeems Sega Entertainment UK. Because if they have so-called "Faceless Employees" then what good is it rehashing a game? Shinji.
